Jessica Alpern / WINK CAPE CORAL, Fla. An early Sunday morning crash was the result of a shooting that happened moments before, Cape Coral police said Monday. The victim, whose name was not immediately released, was hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries, police said. The shooting occurred after an argument during a party, police said. The victim and a second person were driving when shots were fired from a second vehicle, police said. The first vehicle then collided with a light pole on the 300 block of Del Prado Boulevard, police said. One person was found shot and taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries, police said. A suspect was not in custody as of Monday morning. A description of the suspect was not immediately available.
