Buckingham man facing charges after malnourished horses found

FORT MYERS, Fla. Horses were found starving and emaciated on land along Jackson Road.

Robert Mullins, 33, of Fort Myers, is facing animal cruelty charges, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said.
