FORT MYERS, Fla. Sleep apnea is a common disorder that causes your breathing to stop or become very shallow. It affects as many as 18 million adults in the United States, but it can also affect children, potentially stunting their brain development. Dr. Annette St. Pierre-MacKoul joined us in the studio to discuss recent research about this condition.
