SWFL to dine, drink at local festival

MIROMAR LAKES, Fla. Attendees can enjoy fine cuisine and and beverages while helping a good cause this weekend at the Southwest Florida Food and Wine Festival.

The event takes place Friday and Saturday at Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club on 10160 Miromar Lakes Blvd.

In seven years the festival has raised than $15.6 million, which benefits the new Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida and local students.
