FORT MYERS, Fla.- Infant vaccinations are considered the best way to protect a baby from 14 serious childhood diseases. Sometimes the pain from vaccine injections can distress infants, which contributes to hesitancy from parents to vaccinate their child further. The Canadian Medical Association Journal just published new research on pain reliever for infants when receiving immunizations. Dr. Annette St. Pierre-MacKoul stopped by the studio to discuss the results of the study.
