Suspect sought in Arcadia gun robbery

ARCADIA, Fla. — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding an unnamed suspect who stole a firearm from an SUV.

The suspect took the firearm from the SUV on Oct. 14 at a BP gas station on 908 East Hickory St., the Arcadia Police Department said. He was seen arriving and leaving the vehicle behind the SUV.

Officials with the department’s Criminal Investigation Division are urging anyone with information to call them at 863-993-4660. Tipsters can also remain anonymous by calling and not leaving a name.

An unspecified reward is being offered for any information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.
