PUNTA GORDA, Fla. – Dozens of senior residents will move into new apartments on Airport Road just east of US-41 more than a decade after Hurricane Charley destroyed an entire lot of public housing. The housing project is being completed in two phases, but will be ready for the first set of tenants on Nov. 14.
