NAPLES, Fla. — Homeowners in the Naples Estates mobile home park have been trying to buy the property for over 18 years, making it the longest court case in Collier County history. The homeowners have been battling current property owners Cal-Am Properties and their case appeared before the Second District Court of Appeals on Thursday. The court’s decision can take anywhere from two weeks to 10 months.
