Matlacha, Fla. — A restaurant owner is personally paying to fix his employees’ tires after a series of vandalism took place Thursday night at Miceli’s Restaurant.

An unknown vandal slashed the car tires of numerous restaurant employees and patrons, which almost left many people stranded.

Joe Miceli, owner of Miceli’s Restaurant, is offering to pay for the replacement of his employees’ tires.

“We’re collecting them and we’re going to taken them all and just get them changed ourselves,” Miceli said. “That way they don’t have to deal with it and it’s a burden off of them.”

Restaurant employees say they’re grateful for Miceli and their restaurant family.

Anyone with information on the incident should report it to the authorities.
