Time to Stick a Fork in Cancer

FORT MYERS, Fla. – For the seventh year, WINK News and WXCW-TV have teamed up with the American Cancer Society to Stick a Fork in Cancer.

On Tuesday, June 14 you can visit more than 40 local restaurants throughout Southwest Florida and all you have to do is enjoy a nice meal. Up to 20 percent of the proceeds from those participating restaurants will go back to the American Cancer Society.

Last year, Stick a Fork in Cancer brought in around $15,000 organizers would like to exceed or even double that amount this year.
