SWFL Crime Stoppers LEHIGH ACRES, Fla.- A man entered a Lehigh Acres home in broad daylight on March 16 and robbed a woman at gunpoint. The victim walked into her home on 12th Street SW just after 10 a.m. and left it unlocked. Moments later, she heard her front door open and saw a black male pointing a black handgun at her, demanding drugs and cash. In fear for her life, the woman gave the suspect $80 in cash, authorities said. The suspect left the home on foot. The man is described as approximately 6 feet tall, wearing dark baggy pants and a dark head wrap, which was not covering his face. Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).
