FORT MYERS, Fla.- A man is facing DUI manslaughter charges in a crash that killed a 23-year-old along McGregor Boulevard near Poinciana Avenue, the Fort Myers Police Department said. Sergio Eduardo Rodriguez, 25, was arrested on Wednesday after being discharged from the hospital. Five others were also injured in the late night crash on March 19.
