Punta Gorda police identify man found in pond

PUNTA GORDA, Fla.- The body of a man found floating in a pond near the 200 block of West End Drive on Sunday has been identified.

Around 1 p.m., 52-year-old Kenneth MacDonald was found in the body of water near the complex where he lived, the Punta Gorda Police Department said.

Detectives are working with the Medical Examiner’s Office to determine a cause of death.
