FORT MYERS, Fla – The Florida Highway Patrol needs your help, after two hit and runs Friday night.

The first happened on Palm Beach Boulevard and Buena Vista Boulevard in Fort Myers just after 11:30 Friday night.

One person was injured.

Just after 11 Friday night, Florida Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was trying to cross State Road 80 at Bellair Road without using a crosswalk, when the car hit that person.

Troopers say the driver of the car fled the scene. They are looking for a silver or gray Toyota Camry or Corolla, which will have front end and windshield damage.

The victim is in critical condition and troopers say alcohol was a factor.
