North Ft. Myers Academy for the Arts celebrates 11th Nutcracker

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. – For over a decade the North Fort Myers Academy for the Arts has been celebrating the season and their students with a performance of The Nutcracker.

More than 300 students from kindergarten to 8th grade will participate in the show, along with faculty and staff, even the schools principal, Dr. Santini plays a role. The Nutcracker is an annual tradition for the students and staff, serving as the largest fundraiser of the year for the school, allowing them to continue art focused educational programs for their students.

The show begins on Friday, December 11th at 7:00 p.m. at the Barbara B. Mann Preforming Arts Hall in Fort Myers. Tickets are currently on sale for $20 and $30 and can be purchased by clicking here, calling 239-481-4849, or visit the Barbara B. Mann Box Office in person at 8099 College Parkway.

The North Fort Myers Academy for the Arts is a Lee County Public School, designed and designated to instruct academics while incorporating strong art components in the curriculum.
