FORT MYERS, Fla. – Fitness experts say people gain around 5 to 10 pounds during the holidays.
Fitness trainers Rich Kline and Kari Kardio joined WINK News Anchor Shaun Kraisman to put some “cheer” in your workout.
It’s called “12 Days of Christmas Chipper” and you can do this in the comfort of your own home, singing is not required.
Kline says, “you take 12 cards and number them 1-12 and write out the workouts that you want.”
Kline also says, “it’s a great way to mix up your workout and have a little fun.”
