FORT MYERS, Fla. – People who make a living with their voices, or those who would like to, are coming to downtown Fort Myers. More than 100 people are expected from all over the country, and some from Europe, at the VO Mastery event. They’ll attend workshops and training sessions in new audio booths at the Davis Art Center, and get feedback from colleagues and professionals about their talents. The summit’s mission is to educate, engage and empower all voice actors who are passionate about telling stories, sharing messages and informing others, with the power of their voice. Susan Bennett, also known as the voice behind iPhone’s Siri, is one of the talented individuals getting ready to move out of the vocal booth to share her talents with others. Bennett joined us in the WINK News studio to tell us more about the special event.
