PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- A man who failed to stop for a stop sign is now in jail facing narcotics charges.

Daniel Dunn, 26, was pulled over by a Charlotte County deputy on Peachland Boulevard and Veronica Street Thursday afternoon. The deputy noticed Dunn acting in a very nervous manner and asked for permission to search the vehicle.

Inside the car, authorities found a backpack with a large quantity of marijuana, hash oil, seeds, and other paraphilia.

Charlotte County deputies collected just over 1 pound of marijuana, some of which was packaged in individual bags and labeled “yellow kush” along with approximately 11 grams of hash oil.

Dunn is now facing multiple charges including possession of marijuana with the intent to sell.
