CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Police have released a new sketch of the suspect in last month’s deadly shooting outside the TJ Maxx on Del Prado Boulevard.

Store manager Alfred Griffiths was killed in the shooting.

The reward for information on Griffiths’ killer has increased to $6,000, thanks to an anonymous donation.

Cape Coral Police Department held a news conference Monday.

Authorities say they’ve gotten more than 160 tips in the case but the leads have slowed over the past couple weeks and they’re trying to regenerate interest in this case.

Nearly a month later, police still do not have any named suspects in Griffiths’ murder.

Two new sketches of the person officials believe pulled the trigger were released. The sketches look similar to the one released last month, but with less of an emphasis on the suspect’s hair which police say can be easily changed.

Officials urge people to focus more on the shape of the man’s face, nose and eyes.

Investigators believe someone in the TJ Maxx shopping center may have seen the suspect on the day of the murder and not even realized it.

“Maybe they saw Mr. Griffiths in some kind of altercation, some kind of heated discussion… Maybe it didn’t resonate with them at the moment, but now take a pause and reflect back to that night, knowing that maybe what they saw or what they heard could be that one little piece of information that detectives need to move this case forward,” said Trish Routte with Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.
