Some intense storms effected the Collier, Lee county areas mid-day Sunday morning. The severe storm predition center said " Moderate instability and seasonally cool mid-level tempatures will again promote a threat for at least isolated severe weather, including large hail and strong downburst winds." The strong downburst winds were evident when collier county law enforcment a message that powerlines were knoked down in the 1300 block of Oil Well Road.
