More than 500 pounds of chocolate!

The Ritz-Carlton Resorts of Naples Pastry Chef Sebastien Thieffine created a chocolate wonderland using more than 500 pounds of chocolate to celebrate Easter at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. A seventy pound chocolate egg greeted guests in the lobby, while little ones enjoyed Alice in Wonderland tea before a beautiful Easter brunch in the resort's ballroom.
