Approximately 500 Cape Coral Residents gathered to share their frustration with government representation at the "Fools Day Tea in the Park" event at Jaycees Park.

Lloyd Duhon spoke to the crowd, asking residents to reach out to their neighbors, to get more individuals aware of the outrageous spending, and to encourage more involvement at local gatherings.
