When the center of tropical storm fay came through Golden Gate Estates, the rain was coming down really hard and the winds were really strong. My weather station recorded over 7 inches of rain and sustained winds of 62mph with gusts as high as 78mph. There was some tree damage and power line as you can see in the photos.
