Tom Shoecraft, Sr. a local Punta Gorda man takes a stand against "foreign junk." Instead of decorating his home with giant blow ups of Santa and his raindeer, Tom decieded it was time to take action. He went to a local print shop and had a large sign created. One hangs above the front entry to the home and the other is proudly displayed on the canal for all boaters to view.

Unfortunately for Tom, he lives on a quiet steet in Punta Gorda Isle and his sign is not getting the attention it deserves.
