Charlotte County Habitat Prepares for Nicaragua Build

Punta Gorda, FL: Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity is assembling a team to build houses in Central America, and you can be a part of this exciting build! April 17 – 25, 2009 Charlotte County Habitat staff and volunteers, in partnership with Thrivent Builds, will venture to the country of Nicaragua.
There is still room on the team for you! Learn the details of how you will be working to build houses in Nicaragua, for families currently living in deep need, on this week long adventure. Learn about the country and the culture, and get ready to make new friends.
Charlotte County Habitat invites you to an Informational Meeting. Attend either of the two meetings on Wednesday, January 7, 2009, 12:30 – 1:30 pm, or Friday, February 6, from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m. at the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, Port Charlotte Office, 2702 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte.
