BILLY HAS BEEN RIDING DIRT BIKES SINCE THE AGE OF 4. HE HAS BEEN RACING SINCE HE WAS 5. 06-07 RACING SEASON HE PLACED 2ND IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA RACING IN THE PEEWEE "C" CLASS. THIS PAST YEAR 07-08 RACING SEASON BILLY WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA RACING IN THE PEEWEE "B" CLASS. THIS RACING SEASON HE IS RACING IN PEEWEE "A". HE HAS HAD 3 RACES SO FAR AND WON ALL THREE. HE WANTS TO BE THE NEXT RICKY CARMICHAEL AND HE HAS A GREAT START AT IT. "GO BILLY 555 GO"
