I came home only to discover my house was flooded with raw sewage. Not only was my house damaged I live in a duplex and my neighbor has the same problem. We contacted the landlord, but he can't get a plummer out until tommorow. We contacted the water and sewage department. they took almost 1 hour to get here when they arrived they decided it was there problem and they needed to contact a supervisor. Richard. Now i am getting the run around. My house smells like rotten eggs and they can't put me in a hotel without further authorization from richards supervisor whom he has been calling and leaving messages for hours, but no response. I have no idea what me and my children are going to do everything is ruined and covered in raw sewage. They are telling me I have to wait and file a claim I have no where else to go. I've been out of work for a long time and was just recently blessed to find a job. Almost everything i own is ruined and I have no money to rent a hotel or replace anything. I have a home video of it that has more detail, but i couldn't get it to load.

Maria, you need an education. Are you aware being exposed to untreated sewage in an environment such as is created by the amount of sewage that backed up in this house can be deadly. It is a major health risk to her and her children.
