As Lorida, FL was hit with Tropical Storm Fay's bad weather, the rain quickly became an issue. Roads began to become flooded, homes began to become flooded and one home even caught fire and burned to the ground because the flooded roads prevented the fire department from getting there in time. Lorida has suffered a tremendous amount of damage from flooding and it is continuing throughout the evening as the rain is stil continuing.
