I was born on Valentine's Day of 1999, with a heart-shaped spot on my back, and I would become the sweetheart of a lady called Concetta. She named me Piccolina ("dear little one" in Italian), but calls me Lina for short.
When I was 3, I got an aggressive type of cancer, and they had to take off my leg before it spread through my body. Let me tell you, when God gave dogs legs, he gave us 3 legs and a spare!
I'm the neighborhood mascot, and when I go for a walk, people stop me and remind me I'm missing a leg (I forget!).
In this movie, I'm saving my mom the trouble of opening the door and closing it. I usually do this without being asked, but that camera made me nervous!
I can do a LOT of tricks, as well as any other dog, but my SPECIAL talent is making friends (2, 3 or 4 - legged), and showering them with my special brand of year-round Valentine's Day love - no one can resist it!!!
