hi my name is victoria perez im 21 and im marrie d we have 3 wounderfull children togeather we started thre process with the imgration and qwe got to the visa part and we sent them in the fees but what we did not know is that they had up the fees for my husband i sent it in jan 23, 2008 they said they sent it back to us because it was not the right amount on feb 20,2008 well they did not have my new adress they updated it in there information till the day after they sent the money out and so i waited till april 11,2008 after calling every week 2 sometimes 3 time a week to find out if they recived it back they told me they had recived it back and that they would send it back to my new adress i called on the april 15, 2008 to see if had been sent out back to my correct adress they said it looked like it was sent to the corect adress and said thta was a bad adress after they have confermed it was the correct adress and that they were going to have someone look into it and to call 10 to 15 day latter so i called on april 24 2008 and they still had no answer to where my money order the sent me to a PI supiviser named sue she said that to call the next day and she would let me know where my money order of 450.00 dollers was when i called on the 25 of april she said she needed more time and to call back monday i called on monday the 28 they couldn't get ahold of here to call back tuesday the 29 so i called again they couldn't get ahold of her again so they told me to cal again wensday the 30 so i called again on wensday and she says she still has not gotten an answer back and to call back monday the 5th and agian when i called she says that there is still no answer and that she would call me back it now has been a week i would like to know why and if u could investigate this because if they did it to me i wounder how many other people this has happened to we just want to get this stuff done and over with please this may seem like not a great storry but the people doing the imigration have a right to know what they do to people i mean i sent in a claim for the money order but they have no care in the world for what they have done with 450.00 dollers i thikn attention needs to be brought to them so they will care alitle more about people and there familys
