Take note you snowbirds, a whole bunch of robins took over my yard this morning. I was GLAD to see them (as I always am.) They stop in their flight north to rest, eat, and maybe take a bath in the almost empty kiddie pool. I pondered how many of these stops they have to make before they get back to their Northern home. These poor little birds really have a hard journey. And we should complain about a three day ride or a three hour flight. The settlers had rough trails and horrid conditions. "We are so blessed!" Thank you for inventions GOD!

I live in Traverse City, Michigan and last week August 16, my yard was covered with Robins, they were taking turns in my bird bath. I have never seen so many, I did not realize they go South so early, but I have not seen one since. Darn no camera.

I had so many robins in my yard on Sunday. I loved watching them and so did my cats!! For once, the birds outnumbered the cats. The birds were singing so loud that the cats had their ears laid back!
