Utah teen in food order rap challenges citation

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) – Four teens who chose to imitate a popular YouTube video rapping an order into the McDonald’s drive-thru were cited for disorderly conduct. The case for one of those four teens who appears headed for trial.

Spenser Dauwalder's filed his challenge to the infraction and a court date was filed Wednesday for a hearing in January.
The teens were cited last month after they rapped their order to a drive-through teller.

Employees at the restaurant advised Dauwaulder that he and his friends were holding up the line and needed to order or leave. He and his three 17-year-old friends didn’t buy anything and chose to leave. Later they were cited.
