Man charged for having pants undone in park
FORT PIERCE, Fla. (AP) - A 41-year-old man told Fort Pierce police he was "just relaxing in the park" when they found him sitting in his car with his pants undone.
Police patrolling the community park say they saw Nicodeme Petion sitting in the driver's seat of his car with his pants open and a sock over his genitals. According to a police report, Petion told officers his pants were open because he was hot. Petion was charged Saturday with lewd or lascivious exhibition and cited for driving while his license was suspended. He was being held on a $50,000 bond. --- Information from: The Tribune, http://www.tcpalm.com (Copyright 2008 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.) |
