You expect to be cramped when you sit in an airplane... but what about being forced to sit in the lavatory!

That's what one New York passenger says Jet Blue made him do.

He's filing a two million dollar lawsuit against the airline, claiming he was forced out of his seat because a flight attendant wanted to sit there.

The pilot reportedly told the passenger he should be grateful for being on board the plane.

Jet Blue isn't commenting on the lawsuit.
