WELLINGTON, Fla. (AP) - The wife of a Palm Beach County sheriff's deputy was arrested for allegedly having a videotaped sexual encounter with a 16-year-old boy.

German Armentano, 18, contacted Deputy John Wink on Aug. 30 to tell him he had a videotape of his wife having sex with a minor, according to a sheriff's report. The two met and Wink, 27, obtained the tape, which showed Jessica Wink having sex with the teen. John Wink turned the tape over to investigators.

Jessica Wink, 22, of Wellington, is charged with sexual performance by a child. Armentano, of Royal Palm Beach, faces the same charge for videotaping the encounter, sheriff's spokeswoman Teri Barbera said Friday.

The teenager was also arrested on the same charge because "it is illegal for a child to engage in sexual activity" and he willfully participated in the videotaped encounter, Barbera said.

Wink and Armentano were arrested Wednesday. They were released without bail Thursday, Barbera said. No information was immediately available on the juvenile, who has not been identified because of his age.

Armentano declined to comment Friday. A telephone message left for Wink's attorney was not immediately returned.
