Cape Coral - A 60-year old Cape Coral man is accused of sneaking into work to look at child porn.

Tim Byerly is under arrest for possession of child porn and using the internet to access child pornography.

He was caught when a police officer learned that Byerly had been removed from his church for refusing to repent.

He had been in counseling for his compulsion, and had even lost a job teaching in Georgia in 2001 for looking at child porn.
