Charlotte County - Major Crime's Unit detectives of the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office arrested a 13-year-old Port Charlotte girl today for Lewd or Lascivious Behavior in a child-on-child sex case.

On May 31, MCU detectives received a report from the Department of Children and Families on allegations of child-on-child sexual activity. The CCSO Forensic Interviewer met with the victims, a 5-year-old girl, and three boys' ages 7, 9 and 10.

The interviews with all of the juveniles revealed various complicated encounters of sex that started from a made up game called "Truth or Dare Nasty." The game reportedly used a pornographic magazine and they would dare each other to carry out what was seen in the photos. The game reportedly occurred over a period of time and at various locations.

The 13-year-old told detectives she did have penis-vagina sex twice with each of the 9 and 10-year-old boys but denied allegations she participated in the "games" with the 5, 7 and 9-year-olds. The States Attorney Office agreed there was sufficient evidence to support the crimes alleged. The teen was taken to the Charlotte County Jail and then transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice center in Ft. Myers.
