UPDATE: Two masked men rob North Fort Myers bank

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. - Deputies arrest North Fort Myers resident Brandon Hughett for his alleged role in robbing a Bank of America branch.

Calls into crimestoppers identified Hughett's maroon Cadillac near the crime scene.

Deputies caught up with Hughett and followed him to multiple locations where he was seen with large ammounts of cash.

Deputies say the followed him into Lookers and Escapades on Fowler Street.

Investigators finally arrested Hughett during a traffic stop in Suncoast Estates. Deputies are still looking for the other suspect.

According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, two men with guns robbed the Bank of America on Tamiami Trial in North Fort Myers.

The men were dressed all in black with black gloves and masks.

A customer inside the bank tells WINK, one of the suspects pointed a gun at him during the hold-up.

Deputies say the men got away in a white vehicle they left running outside of the bank.

The getaway car was searched across the street. No one was inside.
