Cape Coral Police Detective Steven Petrovich Resigns

CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Cape Coral Police Detective Steven Petrovich has resigned from the department effective Thursday, November 5.

Petrovich has been an officer with the department for 11 years.

Petrovich had been on administrative duty since September 14 pending the outcome of an investigation being conducted by federal authorities.

No charges have been filed at this time.

Petrovich's salary was $64,084.
