Porn and politics is the talk of Fort Myers Beach after word gets out--the town manager's wife is a porn star.
Scott Janke was fired and now a new man is in charge of town business.

Fort Myers Beach, FLA - Jazella Moore a.k.a. Anabela Mota is a 43 year old porn star.
She's also married to Fort Myers Beach town manager Scott Janke.
"Adult Industry News" recently published an article about the controversial couple and Janke was fired.

Council members told WINK news they wanted to curb negative attention and keep their credibility.
Fort Myers Beach residents have mixed views on Janke losing his job.

"I don't think it would affect how he would do his job and I'm kind of jealous," said one man.

"I don't think any public official should have baggage like that," said another resident.

"I would consider him a sugar daddy to a porn star," said a tourist.

"If she was doing something illegal I could see them firing him but she's not doing anything wrong," said another man.

WINK news learned council can fire Janke "without cause" under the "escape clause" in his contract.

Public Works director, Jack Green, was named interim town manager at a special meeting Wednesday.
This is the eighth time since 2005 that the town has had to name a new town manager.
