Garbage Truck Driver Charged in Fatal Wreck

Fort Myers Police have charged Jesus Brogan Avilez with driving too fast when he sideswiped two car on Colonial Boulevard and Summerlin Road yesterday afternoon.
The truck then fell on top of an SUV killing 56 year old Connie Pierce of Cape Coral.
Avilez was not hurt.
The accident shut down the busy intersection for hours.
