PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - A teen accused of stealing the head to a dog costume started serving his time Thursday, and it's not exactly a normal form of punishment.
The head this teen admitted to stealing... is on his head now. He is wearing the dog suit outside Port Charlotte's Paws R Us.
Thursday he worked just four hours of his 80 hour sentence.
The employee who usually wears that costume has different duties at the store now, and weighed in on the teens performance.
"He's doing a crappy job right now, but he doesn't know how to do it," Ronald Peyton said. "He's going to be skinnier than me by the time he's done because it's hot out there."
Peyton gave that teen a poor evaluation because he said he wasn't acting crazy enough in the suit.
