Samsung is recalling about 160,000 "Jitterbug" cell phones. Some of the phones could fail to connect to 911. The model numbers being recalled are SPH-a110 and SPH-a120.

Samsung and Jitterbug are directly contacting consumers to schedule a free software upgrade. Consumers should call Samsung if they have not already been contacted.
