CAPE CORAL, Fla. & PLAINVILLE, Mass. - The FBI confirms to Call For Action Robert John Josephson Junior is dead.
Josephson was indicted by a federal Grand Jury on March 18, 2009, on two counts of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
The FBI had asked the public's help to find Josephson. The FBI received some tips from local television viewers. Also, a Call For Action investigation uncovered a death claim was made under what appeared to Josephson's social security number in February of 2009. Our investigations traced Josephson to Plainville, Massachusetts.
Josephson was a former Lee County building maintenance worker who had access to secured county, state and federal facilities.
It was not released how Josephson died.
