ENGLEWOOD, Fla. - Charlotte County Sheriff's Office has arrested Colby James Yust, 20, of Englewood. They accuse him of stealing pigs keep on the private property of WSEB radio station in Placida.
The owners of the pigs said he had a number of had been disappearing from a pen being kept on the property.
According to Charlotte County Sheriff's Office report, witness spotted Yust near the property where the pigs went missing. Other witness told deputies Yust had pigs in his truck. Following their interviews deputies arrested Yust.
Yust is charged with Burglary to an Unoccupied Structure and Grand Theft.
Yust is out of jail on bond.
