CAPE CORAL, Fla. - The Cape Coral Police are investigating a shooting near the intersection of Cape Coral Parkway and Skyline Boulevard. It happened on the 4900 block of Skyline Boulevard.

The call of the shooting came into Cape Coral Police at 2:26 Sunday afternoon.

Cape Coral Police tell WINK News a male was shot. Police are not releasing the victim's name or age at this point. He was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital for treatment. There is no word of his condition.

WINK News cameras captured at least one suspect being arrested. There may be more people on the loose. The Lee County Sheriff's Office are helping in the search.
