Man accused of hiding pot on baby

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Shaun Ullrich of Fort Myers is facing child neglect and drug charges after deputies allegedly find marijuana hidden on an infant.

Deputies pulled over Ullrich in the Pine Manor area for illegal tint.

He was asked whether he brought any narcotics. This is when the deputy says "Shaun did not answer and looked over at (redacted). Shaun's hand began shaking nervously."

Ullrich allegedly told the deputy, "I possibly have a joint in the ashtray."

According to arrest reports, Shaun reached into the infant's pant leg and removed a baggie of marijuana.

The deputy also found cocaine in the car.

The Department of Children and Families was contacted.

Ullrich is facing charges of possessing marijuana, possessing cocaine, child neglect without great harm, and possession narcotic equipment.
