Thousands lost power in SWFL on Sunday

LEE COUNTY, Fla. - Thousand of people in Southwest Florida lost power for sometime Sunday afternoon.

Florida Power and Light tells WINK News about 2,200 customer lost power for a bout one hour in the North Fort Myers and Alva areas when a tree fell on a power pole.

They also tell WINK News that there are hundreds of other scattered power outages throughout the Lee County area.
