Judge grants Casey Anthony defense access to tests

By The Associated Press

ORLANDO, Fla.(AP) - Attorneys for Casey Anthony will have access to her car and forensic tests.

Ninth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland disagreed Friday with an argument by Orange County prosecutors that the evidence did not pertain to the child neglect charges that Anthony faces in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Strickland allowed motions that the defense be given access to forensic tests involving chloroform, DNA air samples and hair strands within 10 days. He denied access to evidence collected by cadaver dogs.

Defense attorney Jose Baez had sought the car and other items available so he can conduct his own tests.

Anthony did not attend the hearing. Her daughter has not been seen since June, but wasn't reported missing until a month later.

Biaz seems to have a personel interest in Casey. They spend huge amounts of time together.More than usual?Casey wants off house arrest to go look for Caylee wherever and without being followed.Stating the law is hindering her investigation.Who hindered her the 31 days she was partying with her best friend's money?Excuses don't work, when your own baby is missing!Nothing would stop me from searching to the ends of the earth for my child! However I would not ever hurt my child. She did it for spite!
