Holli Baty found guilty

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. - After two hours of deliberation the jury came back with a guilty verdict.

They found Holli Baty guilty of third degree felony murder and guilty of aggravated child abuse for the death of Cheyenne Eairheart.

Cheyenne was Baty's boyfriend's daughter.

Baty could be facing up to 45 years in prison, but that will be decided during sentencing at a later date.
